Bruce Morden was born, raised and spent 40 years in the Los Angeles Area. The Pacific Electric was still running when he was young. The SP Airline was only three blocks away. Model Trains came early with Lionel O-gauge and then HO scale. Shelf layout over his desk at the university. Has volunteered on Amtrak's Coast Starlight for over 25 years. Active with the LDSIG and the OPSIG. Manages a large HO scale layout that operates monthly. Small home layout modeling the Southern Pacific Coast Line. Participated in regional and national conventions and operating events across the country.
