Kevin Feeney was born in Brooklyn NY but moved away before it affected my speech.

He has been involved with model trains since 1976 and joined NMRA at the 1985 Milwaukee convention and later became a Life Member.  Has served on the NMRA BOD and was a National Officer.  Attended every national convention between 1985 and 2011, and countless regional ones.   He is currently on the board of directors of the NMRA’s Philly Division. He models the ICRR in Aug. 1969.  He is a member of GM&O, TRRA and IT historical societies, NRHS member and currently serves on its BOD and as controller for the NRHS FUND.

He is retired after 43 years in various accounting and financial positions, ending as university professor teaching accounting in the USA, Bulgaria and ROK.  He received his doctoral degree [DPS] in Accounting & IS in 2004 and MS in IS in 1991 from Pace University.  He received his MBA degree in Accounting in 1975 and BA degree in Economics in 1974 from the University of Rochester.  He has passed both the CPA and CMA exams.

Since 1994 he has given over twenty clinics on railroad financial annual reports at National and Regional NMRA conventions.  He holds AP certificates for Official, Volunteer and Author.
